Does the AI decide everything, or do I stay in control?
Palisio suggests the groups and you approve them. Move anyone who needs moving before you publish — nothing reaches your players and trainers until you say so.
How long does it take to set up a new training cycle?
An afternoon. Collect registrations and availability, let the AI suggest the groups, review the proposal and publish. The part that used to take weeks is done in one sitting.
Which sports does Palisio support?
Tennis, padel and pickleball, including schools that run all three. Courts, lesson series and trainers are shared across every sport you offer.
What does it cost?
€ 5 per trainer per month with unlimited players. The optional Support package adds € 200 per month for monthly sessions with our team. There is no setup fee and no charge per player.
What happens after the 3 free months?
You decide whether to continue. Nothing renews automatically, so if Palisio is not for you, you simply stop.
Can we bring our players over from our current system?
Yes. You can import your players and trainers, and with the Support package we do that import together with you.
How do payments and trainer invoices work?
Players are charged for their lesson series and trainer invoices are generated from the same lesson data, so the same numbers never get typed twice.
